- Service Agreement: By scheduling a carpet cleaning service with Nationwide Carpet Cleaning of Jupiter, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
- Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- Liability: Nationwide Carpet Cleaning of Jupiter is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as stains, fading, loose grout, or wear and tear. We are also not liable for any damage caused by furniture or other items placed on the carpet before or after cleaning.
- Furniture and Belongings: We ask that all furniture and personal belongings be removed from the area to be cleaned before the scheduled cleaning time. We are not responsible for any damages to furniture or personal belongings left in the cleaning area.
- Pet Stains and Odors: We will make every effort to remove pet stains and odors, but we cannot guarantee their complete removal.
- Service Area: We service the Palm Beach County, FL area. Additional fees may apply for service outside of this area.
- Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but we cannot guarantee specific appointment times.
